Our Guarantee Explained

If any part of the work does not meet your expectations, we simply ask that you inform us within 72 hours and we will return to set right the specific area (no matter how small), free of charge. Our aim is to set right any wrongs as soon as possible, but we must be given reasonable time to return.

This guarantee is a service guarantee, not a money back guarantee. If there's a concern with something we must be allowed to return to correct the issue if it's possible. If we are refused entry or not given reasonable time to return, then we can't be held responsible nor will any money be returned.

All invoices must be settled within the terms stated on the invoice before any guarantee can be under taken.

What's Not Covered

Although we will try our best to get the work done to the standards you expect, there's always the chance we won't be able to do something due to issues that are beyond our control. For instance, permanent damage to an oven that we can't remove. Our guarantee does not cover this.

We also do not cover any financial loss. Should, for instance, you not get your deposit back when moving house due to issues we can't be held responsible for then we do not take responsibility for this nor do we cover financial loss.

A: Your oven will be ready to use as soon as we have finished, though it's always a good idea to heat the oven for 10 minutes.

Q: Do you take apart the door?

A: Our oven cleaning service is a full valet service, so we take apart the oven as much as we possibly can, including the door if it isn't sealed.
